The SOST IWG-OP Biodiversity Ad Hoc Committee held its quarterly meeting on Friday, 22 July 2011 from 0900-1230 at the Consortium for Ocean Leadership in Washington, DC. Cyndy Chandler was invited to give a presentation describing the work BCO-DMO has been doing since late 2006 to provide data management support for NSF OCE funded investigators. The slide show file below (in PDF as well as original PPTX format) is in two parts: part 1 is the presentation, and part 2 is a series of slides with information intended to support the discussion about data management in general as it realtes to biodiversity research.
